Journal of Leadership, Administration and Educational Management (J-LAEM) is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal dedicated to the advancement of scholarly knowledge in the fields of leadership, administration and management within educational contexts. J-LAEM published by PERSMAPI (Perkumpulan Sarjana Manajemen Pendidikan Islam Indonesia/Indonesian Scholars Association of Islamic Educational Management).
